I just had to share these pics of dinner last night because it looked so damn pretty! Being a Tuesday the weekly box of local organic fruits and veggies arrived courtesy of Munch Crunch Organics. This service really has been a lifesaver these last few months - especially with a new baby it has meant that eating well has been super easy. I also love the fact that the box contents are a bit random - changing according to what is available and in season. This suits my way of cooking too in that I rarely cook from a recipe but rather open my fridge and see what I can concoct from the contents. This week there was a very nice surprise of these edible flowers. So very very pretty. Which must make things more delicious. They finished off a seared local snapper fillet (courtesy of Freckle at Bay Seafoods) and a roasted pumpkin, bean sprout and basil salad - all from the veggie box.
There is also another blog update on my return to racing after having little Elsie over at the Witsup site. Check it out at: http://www.witsup.com/a-new-baby-and-the-triathlete-welcome-to-your-new-world-both-of-you/
