Pip Taylor is a dietitian, sports nutritionist, author, writer and professional triathlete. Pip offers services ranging from individual client consults through to food and nutrition product development and corporate health programs.

As an athlete, Pip has won and podiumed at events ranging from the ITU World Cup through to Ironman 70.3 as well as represented Australia on numerous occasions.

Pip has a genuine love of good food and is a firm believer in whole, real foods. As a mother to an active toddler (and with another on the way), she also understands the challenges associated with eating well on a daily basis and imparting good nutrition habits for another generation.
